By accessing the 999cd website at https://999cd.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 999cd (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999cd platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 999cd, including but not limited to casino slots, live dealer games, crash and instant-win games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), and any promotional or bonus offers. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 999cd. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999cd will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and may confiscate balances found to be generated through multi-account activity.

KYC Identity Verification

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For KYC-verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank withdrawal processing times are within one to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

999cd does not charge withdrawal fees on any currently supported Bangladeshi payment method. The amount requested is the amount received by the player. Payment Terms Summary

999cd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Wagering Requirements

Bet Acceptance

Currency of Settlement

Where a game provider displays odds or payouts in a different currency format for display purposes, the actual settlement in the player's 999cd wallet will always be in BDT at the prevailing rate applied by the platform at the time of settlement.

Platform-Initiated Termination

999cd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request relating to the account holder;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the termination of services to a specific player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided. Real-money balances deposited by the player (minus any amounts subject to pending fraud investigations) will be returned to the originating payment method where it is lawful to do so.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 999cd will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Reactivation is free of charge at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999cd's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999cd does not accept liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or content published on the platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party providers, including payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications carriers;
• Losses arising from events outside 999cd's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or network infrastructure failures;
• Losses caused by a player's own failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The 999cd platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for temporary unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure issues.

999cd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes in platform features, adjustments to payment processing arrangements, or improvements in responsible gaming policy. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.

Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully affects a player's rights or obligations — 999cd will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with the affected account, or via a prominent banner on the 999cd platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the 999cd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
